Hector Lopez grew up in Chino Hills and Los Angeles in a family of 8. As the eldest, he was very closely involved in the family business of food service distribution in downtown LA. Both his mother and father immigrated to the United States in their very early twenties in pursuit of the American Dream.

Professionally, Hector Lopez is a seasoned Commercial Real Estate Agent with a focus on industrial and mixed-use properties. With over 16 years of experience in CRE, Hector has honed his expertise in helping property owners and prospective buyers achieve their long-term real estate goals. His primary focus has been in the Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ and the surrounding markets. He is currently the Managing Director at the REMAX Commercial in Chino Hills, CA.

Growing up in an immigrant owed small business has given him a great deal of perspective of the difficulties and challenges of owning a small business in California. Often times the business owner is the sales team, human resources, accountant and even delivery driver all at the same time.

“Seeing the struggles of owning a small business has helped me understand what the individual usually needs. I strive to help them achieve the goals they want and often times helping to open their eyes to the possibility of where the next goal should be. Seeing someone grow from a one-man operation to a full blow 10 or even 100+ employee business brings me great professional fulfillment.” -Hector Lopez Jr

He was introduced to Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ in my early 20s when he met his now wife, Jessica. Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ would typically only be known for auto repair or taco-related reasons. Meeting Jessica gave him more motivation to be in Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ. Fast forward through their wedding and 2 kids as of 2024, they are still happy residents of Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ.

“Living and working in Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ has opened my eyes to some amazing people in this city. There is a lot of help needed to continue to push residents and business residents further down the road to success. I volunteer my time to Co-Chair the Economic Development Initiative as well as sit on the Board of Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ’s Promise. My ultimate goal is to help everyone I come in contact with from making a simple business card to helping them purchase their first building.” -Hector Lopez Jr
