CSU Chancellor's Office Maintenance

Summary: The CSU Chancellor's Office (CO) will perform planned maintenance on Saturday, October 24, through Sunday, October 25, 2026, from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m., all CO applications including Common Financial System, Common Human Resources, and CSU Learn will be unavailable.

The following services will be unavailable:

  • HR Self Service & CHRS
    • Time & Labor
    • Absence Management
  • Student Employment Module
  • Part-Time Faculty Module
  • HR Reports
  • Common Financial System
  • General Ledger
  • Accounts Receivable
  • CSU Learn 

During this planned service interruption outside our regular maintenance windows, users will continue to be able to access MyCPP, Canvas, email, and other IT services.

The Division of Information Technology tries to minimize the time systems are unavailable outside standard maintenance windows. PeopleSoft system maintenance is an exception because the Chancellor’s Office schedules systemwide maintenance for all CSU campuses.

Planned Maintenance Times

  • Thursdays, 9:30 p.m. to 12:00 a.m., midnight.
  • Sundays, 5:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m.

During these times, online services may be briefly unavailable without advance notice.
